How do I create an account?

How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Orders that are in stocks, will be delivered in approximately 1 – 3 working days after full payment transaction has been received.

  • Monday to Friday – Orders received before 12pm, same day delivery or the next available working day, subject to Speedpost delivery schedules and stocks availability. (Excluding Sat, Sun, Public Holiday & Company Holiday)
  • Saturday, Sunday, Public Holiday & Company Holiday – Order received will be delivery on the next available working day, subject to Speedpost delivery schedules and stocks availability.
  • There is no delivery to Changi Airport Transit Lounges, Paya Lebar Airport. Communication Centre and other Offshore Islands.
  • In the event of unsuccessful delivery, re-delivery cost will be imposed.

Orders that are out-of-stocks, delivery times vary, which could take approximately 2 – 6 weeks. You will receive an in-stock notification, if you have placed an order with us and completed the payment process.
How do I track the status of my order?
An order confirmation will be sent to you via email upon completion of purchase and subsequently, you may login to your account to track the progress of your order status.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently, Hioki Singapore E-store only supports sales and shipment within Singapore only.
Will you keep my credit card information on file?
No, Hioki E-store will not keep any credit card information on file.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, the prevailing 7% goods and services tax is applicable under Singapore regulation.
Can I cancel, return or reschedule my order after checking out?
Cancellation, return or re-schedule of order/s is subjected to the approval of Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd. sole discretion in accordance to the terms and condition of Hioki cancellation, return and exchange or re-schedule policies. Please submit your request in the request to estore@hioki.com.sg.
Can I pre-order an item that is sold out?
Yes, you may place a pre-order for an item that was sold out and an email notification alert will be send to you once the stock has been replenished.
