Hioki Singapore Return and Exchange Policy

Hioki aims to provide our customers with excellent services and long-lasting quality products. But, if you are unsatisfied with the products or having an issue with your purchase, please contact Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd via our estore online request form or you may email directly to estore@hioki.com.sg and our friendly team members will assist you with your request.

In general, good/s sold is/are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturer’s defect warranty coverage accordance to Hioki warranty coverage policy and /or any other issue/reasons deem acceptable by Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd at its sole and absolute discretion

Order may only be return/exchange, upon receiving written confirmation from Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd. and the following conditions applies, where Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd reserved the rights to decline/reject any return requests, if any of the following are found not in compliances;

  1. Item returned must be in their original packaging condition and bought within 14 days from date of invoice.
  2. A 15% restocking fee may apply, if the condition of product is misrepresented.
  3. A higher fee or the original cost of product may be imposed, if the items is found damaged from misuse, with missing parts, or is in an unsellable condition when returned.
  4. Return of product/s due to manufacturer’s defective or product malfunctioned in accordance to the warranty terms coverage under the Hioki Warranty Policy: https://www.hioki.com/global/support/warranty/policy.
  5. Exchange/return of product/s is solely at the discretion of Hioki Singapore Management’s decision.

Please email or call 3 days in advance before arranging a return and attached a copy of courier/delivery note when applicable. (Please note shipping/delivery cost is borne by buyer’s own expenses)

No cancellation or re-scheduled of order is allow without prior written acceptance and is at Hioki Singapore Pte. Ltd sole and absolute discretion. A cancellation or re-schedules fees may apply, please check with our friendly staff.
